Brennan has been working for over 25 years in Recruitment, Sales, and Marketing.

Recruitment Work Experience

For over 15 years, Brennan has worked in Recruitment. The last five months (November 2021 – March 2022) Brennan worked as an internal recruiter for the first time. During these five months Brennan was responsible for recruiting permanent staff for 17 of the 36 ROCKY MOUNTAIN EQUIPMENT Dealership Locations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, responsible for 25-30 open searches at once, from entry level - Wash Bay Attendant, to senior management – Regional Sales Manager, Central Alberta.

  • HireDesk
  • Adapt

Experienced with posting and sourcing candidates on Indeed. Excels at sourcing candidates using Recruiter Lite on LinkedIn.

Before branching out on his own in 2014, Brennan worked for three years at a small boutique oil & gas search firm, five years working permanent placement at the largest staffing firm in Calgary, and he began his career in search as a research consultant with a retained international executive search firm exclusively focused on the oil and gas industry.

EM RECRUITMENT PROCESS

EDWARD MUIR brings a coherent and consolidated approach when working with clients on the recruitment of new employees.

Sales & Marketing Work Experience

For the last five years, Brennan has been working as a Hardgoods Sales Associate at SPORTING LIFE. For seven years, Brennan has worked on promotional and marketing events for companies such as Toyota Canada, Tim Hortons, Scotia Bank, Kijiji and Disney.

Brennan has over nine years of successful client account management experience, working as an Account Manager and Sales Representative at such industry leaders as Amcor PET Packaging, Xerox and London Life.
